My name is Lencia Beltran. I am part of ALA's Library Research Round Table communication committee. As part of the committee I help update the LRRT webpage. I am volunteering to do this through ALA. I get to collaborate with Jennifer Luetkemeyer, Ericka Patillo, Audrey Church, and Danielle Ponton. I am a Library and Information Science student through Emporia State University. I work part-time at the Kansas State Historical Society in Topeka, Kansas in the Archives department. I am helping on one of their grants to digitize and make available to researchers online eighteenth-century governor's documents. When I am not busy with school, work, and volunteering, you can find me taking long strolls, hiking, camping, pretty much being outdoors!
