El día de los niños/El día de los libros (Children's Day/Book Day), commonly known as Día, is a celebration every day of children, families, and reading that culminates yearly on April 30. Celebrate Children’s Day, Book Day
First Book shares resources to spread bookjoy - the gift of reading - all year long. The page also includes information on the Estela and Raúl Mora Award which recognizes outstanding schools/programs that celebrate Children’s Day, Book Day. The program awards the winning program a $1,000 credit for brand new books from the First Book Marketplace, and two honor award recipients will each receive a $500 credit.
