Statement
As a dedicated member of LITA for over 10 years, I have gained significant knowledge and understanding of LITA community, including needs and value of LITA members as well as areas of improvements for LITA through the involvements of a variety of committees, interesting groups and task forces. If elected as a Director-at-Large, I will focus my attention to further foster inclusive, transparent and diverse culture. I want to help LITA to better define our identity by aligning program, services and opportunities with members’ growing needs, and to deliver best value to current and prospective members.

Major Accomplishments
As a member of LITA I have undertaken a number of large projects, including leading a task force to develop LITA personas to find out different types of membership, to analyze needs for each type of membership.
