Honors the author or authors of the year's outstanding monograph, article, or original paper in the field of technical services. Recipients receive a cash prize and a citation. Learn more about the award.
Note: Prior to 2011, this award was known as the Blackwell's Scholarship, which honored the author or authors of the year's outstanding monograph, article, or original paper in the field of acquisitions, collection development, and related areas of resources development in libraries. Cash was donated in the recipient's name to the library school of their choice.
