Things to Know
Hobbies
My hobbies span the spectrum. Since I was 14, I have been an active and competitive runner, including competing in cross country and track and field at the California University of PA and Towson University. I have also run half marathons and full marathons, with personal bests of 1:18 and 2:48.
For five years, I have been actively studying birds and their behavior. I am currently taking the Cornell Lab of Ornithology's, Comprehensive Bird Biology course.
I love to travel. My wife and I will be visiting Snæfellsnes.
I also need to mention that I like to read, because I am a librarian. I am currently reading The Saga of Icelanders.
Pets
While I am passionate about animal welfare, I do not have any pets at home. The birds that I see outside my home and work are the pets I can handle at this time.
