LLAMA Webinar: The MOU -- Your Blueprint for Managing Collaborative Projects

Wednesday, 10/18/2017
  • 2:30 PM-4:00 PM (Eastern)
  • 1:30 PM-3:00 PM (Central)
  • 12:30 PM-2:00 PM (Mountain)

As libraries collaborate more and more on projects with outside partners, it’s crucial that the process go smoothly for all parties and that expectations are made clear beforehand. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is often the best way to assure this.  This webinar will present successful examples of MOUs for collaborative projects, and will include details about how they were structured and developed.  Participants will have access to a workbook that will help them create their own MOU’s.

This webinar will help participants increase their competency in collaboration and partnerships; and project management.  These are included in LLAMA’s 14 foundational leadership competencies.
