Community outreach is challenging. And now, perhaps more than any time in recent memory, it is important for libraries to support their Latina/o population. Given this dichotomy, and using the Evanston (IL) Public Library as a case study, the speaker will present steps libraries and library staff can take to start building their Latina/o community outreach initiatives. Resources will be shared and highlighted.
