If you are interested in serving on a YALSA process committee, jury, task force or advisory board please complete this form.  Process committee, jury, taskforce and advisory board appointments are made in March by the YALSA president-elect; however, vacancies may occur anytime during the year and they are filled as they become open.  To be eligible to serve, be sure to fill out this form by no later than Feb. 28th.

Please note that the president may appoint a replacement for a committee chairperson or member who has missed two consecutive meetings (Midwinter and Annual) of the committee, pursuant to the ALA Policy Manual. This policy does not apply to virtual members.
