At the 2000 Annual Conference, experts in the field of accessible web design and assistive technologzy discussed the importance of designing web pages so they are accessible to people with visual and physical disabilities. They also demonstrated ways workstations in public and academic libraries can be made more accessible using readily available technologies. In addition, training issues for staff and the public, and sources for funding were discussed. Some of the presentations are provided below:
