Home  David Diaz Art

Mini-poster and bookmarks

You asked us and we listened! In a 2008 Kids! Campaign survey, we asked what materials librarians would like the campaign to offer. Over half of the respondents chose camera-ready bookmarks and posters. We are thrilled to provide free-of-charge this artwork, designed by award-winning illustrator David Diaz, especially at a time when library budgets are stretched so thin.

The poster and bookmarks are camera-ready and free to download and reproduce at your library or a local print shop. Both PDFs are designed for printing on 8.5" by 14" (legal size) paper. A glossy card stock works well and really makes the art look great! The bookmark PDF includes six bookmarks on the page, and cut lines are provided for trimming the six bookmarks to a standard 2" x 6" size.

To download either of these files to your computer, right (mouse) click on the appropriate link and select "save the target file," "save link as," "save link target as," or other similarly worded option. This should allow you to save a copy to your computer. Or, double-click (left mouse button) on the appropriate link to open the PDF. In the open PDF, go to the "File" drop down menu (near top) and "Save as."

If you have any trouble downloading the art, please contact Laura Schulte-Cooper at lschulte at ala.org.
