Curious George Reading Program from ALA In this flexible and customizable program, incorporate early literacy information from Every Child Ready to Read into your reading program. Recognize the child as well as the adults for their critical role in supporting the joy of reading and the skills that will help their children become good readers. You can customize this reading program to offer some structure as you work with small targeted groups. The activity sheets for each of six early literacy skills can be used with the reading program or as part of storytimes.
