Rights and permissions requests regarding ALSC publications should be directed to ALA Publishing at permissions@ala.org.

Award Seals

ALSC award seal images are also available for reproduction, but permission is required and a fee may be charged. Please click here for information on seals sales and seal image permissions.

Award Speeches

Award-winning authors and illustrators, and the May Hill Arbuthnot Lecturer, retain ownership of their award acceptance speeches; they have licensed their speeches for us to print on a nonexclusive basis. Permissions requests relating to award speeches and the May Hill Arbuthnot Honor Lecture should be directed to the speech- or lecture-giver.
