Registration Information
- Attendees wishing to register will have until 10/27 to register on the Web site. Late/onsite prices will apply starting 10/6. After 10/27, attendees will have to register onsite.
- Anyone registering by 10/6 will have the materials mailed in advance (unless they have a balance due). After 10/6, they will be instructed to pick up their materials onsite.
- The form is designed for one registrant or one registrant plus administrator.
- Membership discounts for both AASL and ALA are based on individual memberships only.
- If your personal membership cannot be verified by AASL, you will be charged the appropriate non-member fee.
- Early Bird Registration must be postmarked on or before July 14, 2009. Advance Registration must be postmarked on or before October 6, 2009. All forms postmarked after October 6, 2009 will be processed at the Late/Onsite rate.
- Please be sure to fill out the cost summary box in Step VI.
- For your registration to be processed, payment must accompany the form.
- You may register by mail, fax, or online. AASL does not accept phone registrations.
- Basic registration includes general sessions, concurrent sessions, exhibits, the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception, AASL National Conference Closing Celebration and the Exploratorium.
- You cannot get the AASL rate at the hotels listed on the registration form until you have registered for the conference.
- You may register for the conference and reserve your room simultaneously using the enclosed registration form.
- After registering, you may make changes or purchase additional items, or add a hotel reservation by logging into the online system provided by Experient. Instructions for this process can be found in your registration confirmation e-mail.
- You may pay for your registration by check, but all hotel reservations require a credit card guarantee, so please be sure to include your credit card (valid through November 2009) in your registration information.
