Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation of conference, preconference, tour, and meal function registrations must be received by October 6, 2009. Cancellations received by October 6, 2009 will be charged a handling fee of $50. If you cancel a conference add-on prior to this date, but do not cancel your registration, you will not be assessed a fee. AASL does not accept phone cancellations. AASL will not issue any refunds for cancellations received after October 6, 2009. Refunds will be processed 4–6 weeks from date of cancellation request. AASL programs are offered on a cost-recovery basis. AASL reserves the right to cancel any part of the National Conference because of insufficient registration or other reasons.
Neither ALA nor AASL is responsible for cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies, or other losses incurred due to cancellation of programs. Please send all cancellation correspondence directly to Experient.
