1. Describe the proposed project, including outcomes and target audience. Be specific.
   
2. How does the proposed project meet the goals of the LAMA Cultural Diversity Grant program?
   
   
3. Describe the demonstrated need for the proposed project.
   
   
4. Outline the methodology and time line for carrying out the project within the required deadlines.
   
   
5. Provide evidence of support and commitment to realize the project by the individual applicant or LAMA unit and demonstrate the ability to carry out the project.
   
   
6. Describe the target audience, including the size and breadth.
   
   
7. Describe how the success of the project will be evaluated.
   
   
8. Provide the complete project budget, including all other funding sources and in-kind costs (if any).

   Please note: all proposals submitted by LAMA units must have approval of the unit head (e.g. committee chair) and, where appropriate, the Section Executive Committee.
