Guidance Issued on ARRA Implementation from the Office of Mangement and Budget (OMB)
On February 18, the Office of Management and Budget issued a memorandum to all federal agencies establishing requirements for how the agencies shall implement programs and activities funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). White House Memo
On March 20, the Administration released a memo to the heads of departments and agencies. The memo sets guidelines for submitting project ideas at the federal level. This memorandum transmits the second installment of government-wide guidance for carrying out programs and activities enacted in the ARRA.

The National Conference of State Legislatures is tracking how each state is dealing with the ARRA funds.
