Exhibit Location and Hours
The exhibits will be held January 19-22, 2007 in the Washington State Convention & Trade Center.

Exhibits will open on Friday, January 19, with a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony at 5:15 pm preceding the All-Conference Reception on the Exhibit Floor from 5:30 - 7:30 pm.

Exhibit Hours are: Friday, January 19 - 5:30 - 7:30 pm
Saturday-Sunday, January 20-21 - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Monday, January 22 - 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Please Note: Wheeled carts are not allowed on the exhibit floor. This includes carts, briefcases with wheels - any wheeled cart or bag that must be pushed or pulled. Strollers are allowed ONLY if there is a child in them at all times.

Special Events on the Exhibit Floor
Your registration includes several special exhibit events. Friday Night, don’t miss the best-Selling Author Forum from 4:00 – 5:15 pm in the Washington State Convention and Trade Center, Room 611-614, with the authors available on the exhibit floor afterwards for books signings. Immediately following the Author Forum will be the Exhibits Opening Ceremony and the All-Conference Reception, from 5:15 – 7:30 pm. Join us for an evening of free music and food, and enjoy numerous chances to win free gift baskets raffled off by exhibitors. These baskets will only be available Friday night, so be there for a fun kickoff to your Midwinter Meeting experience!

Exhibits Opening Reception
Enjoy music, free food and the chance for lots of great prizes at the Friday Night The Friday Night Opening Reception, sponsored by the exhibitors and ALA, will be held from 5:30 – 7:30 pm on the exhibit floor, and will feature food and music, as well as over 60 gift baskets (valued over $75 each) to be given away by exhibitors on Friday only! To register to win a basket, visit the exhibitor’s booth during the Opening Reception. These baskets will be raffled off Friday evening, so be ready to win! A list of participating exhibitors will be available in the Meeting Guide, and published in Friday’s Cognotes, and winners will be published in Sunday’s Cognotes. You do not need to be present to win.
