ALA PERSONAL MEMBERS – You must use your ALA membership number or a login you have personalized using “My ALA” and password to receive your discounted registration rates. Your member number is conveniently located on your American Libraries label or membership card.
If you have ever attended an ALA/division conference, bought a product from ALA, or subscribed to one of our publications, you already have a login. If you need help finding your password, you can use our contact page, or contact Member and Customer Service at 1.800.545.2433 and press option 5.
Cancellations for any ALA event must be submitted in writing. You can email this information to registration@ala.org. For cancellation deadline dates for your specific event, please refer to that event's registration form.
