Daily fees are charged onsite only and allow an attendee to register for just one day of the meeting.
Housing for 2010 Annual Conference
You must have proof of registration to register for housing.
Bundled Registration- Register for housing when you register for the Bundled Registration between September 1- 30, 2009.
Register for 2010 Annual Conference housing on January 4, 2010. (Be sure to save your Bundled registration number).

Non-Members: Join ALA and Save!
Non-members and former members of ALA are invitied to join the association to receive both the member registration discount as well as ongoing benefits to your career and professional knowledge that comes from membership.

Exhibits Only, Exhibits Plus and Exhibits Supreme Registration
An Exhibits Only badge is $25 and is good for all 4 days of the exhibits (Friday-Monday) only. The Exhibits Plus badge is $35, and includes all four days of the exhibits, plus the Opening General Session. The Exhibits Supreme badge is $75, and includes the above, plus the ALA President's Program, Closing Session, and the Auditorium Speaker Series. Exhibits Only, Plus and Supreme badges will be available for advance registration, as well as for purchase on site. No refunds for Exhibits Only, Plus or Supreme registration.
Organizational Member

As an Organizational Member, your institution is entitled to a discount of 15% of full-priced registration to ALA Annual Conference 2010 in Washington, D.C. for groups of 4 or more staffers who are not already personal members of ALA.
As you know, ALA personal members already save up to 40% off their registration rates. We hope that this new group rate discount for non-ALA-members of your staff will enable you to send a few more key people to experience the entire ALA conference.

We all hope that at ALA Annual Conference 2010, you and your staff will make the connections you need and find the resources you want for your library.
Confirmations
The ALA Registration office will e-mail or mail a registration and housing confirmation. If you do not receive a written confirmation within one week, please call Experient our customer service company at 1-800-974-3084 or email at ala@experient-inc.com/
Badges
If your registration is received by the advance deadline your badge will be mailed to you no later than two weeks before the conference. If you registered online after the advance deadline or your registration was faxed or postmarked after the deadline you will need to pick your badge up at the Will Call/Corrections or Scan and Go Counters at registration in the Washington Convention Center.
Refunds and Cancellations
Substitutions are welcome at any time. Registration cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked or faxed by the cancellation deadlines. No phone cancellations will be accepted. No refunds for cancellations postmarked after the cancellation deadlines. No Exhibit Only, Exhibits Plus or Exhibit Supreme refunds. Children's Policy
Strollers are permitted on the exhibit floor, but only if there is a child in them at all times. Unescorted children are not permitted on the exhibit floor. Childrem under the age of five must be restrained at all times (stroller, back pack, etc.). Any child over the age of five must have an Exhibits Only badge to be admitted to the exhibit floor. These badges are available at onsite registration for $25. An adult must accompany all childeren under the age of 16.
Meal Policy
Meals are not included with regular Annual Conference registration. Some preconferences, workshops and banquet include meals as part of an additional ticket price. This information is included with the description of the event.
