American Libraries is the flagship magazine of the American Library Association and one of the chief perks of membership. In addition to the 6-times yearly print magazine, it comprises a suite of publications, including the member-only weekly e-newsletter American Libraries Direct, its website American Libraries Online,  and employment ads from ALA JobLIST.  American Libraries offers a discussion of professional news and issues, features, columns, blogs and more.
